Korea Food Industry Cluster Promotion Agency held the 2022 National Food Cluster Enterprise Workshop on the 30th of last month to provide a venue for exchanges and information sharing between companies and related organizations.

The workshop was attended by more than 150 officials from the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, Jeonbuk Province, and Iksan City, as well as 100 executives and employees of the national food cluster

The event, which began with the opening speech of Kim Young-jae, chairman of the Korea Food Promotion Agency, consisted of various programs such as a lecture on the theme of "Export Strategy of Food Companies" by Oh Sang-ho, CEO of Maeil Food Co., Ltd., announcing cooperation cases for tenant companies, and sharing the direction of the Korea Food Promotion Agency's support project in 2023.
In the presentation of cooperation cases between tenant companies, Lim Soon-taek, director of Yusta Farm Co., Ltd., introduced the joint business results of the Home Meal Replacement (HMR) Kimchi Squirtle Fried Rice Company in cooperation with Jwell Food Co., Ltd.

Jeonng Hyung-nam, managing director of Queens Bucket Co., Ltd., shared a case of cooperation with Fin Company to develop Sesame Baumkuchen products and develop markets, drawing attention from participating companies.

Kim Young-jae, chairman of the board, said, "We will make efforts to establish a cooperative relationship and create a successful model in which more tenant companies win-win each other in the future with the case of joint corporate projects in which tenant companies cooperated with each other."
