On April 21, the Jeonbuk Bio Convergence Industry Promotion Agency (hereinafter referred to as the Bio Convergence Industry Promotion Agency) held the first Employment Strategy Committee meeting in 2023 to stabilize employment in the bio-food industry.

The Employment Strategy Committee, along with the
Jeonju branch of the Ministry of Employment and Labor in Jeollabuk-do, will appoint industry-academic experts from the Jeonbuk bio-food industry as members to stabilize employment and find quality jobs in the future.

The main contents of the Employment Strategy Committee discussed the direction of operation of the employment linkage system and improvement of the job environment to strengthen the job ecosystem in the sustainable bio-food industry, and decided to cooperate together to establish job governance in the bio-food industry.

Through these activities, the BIO plans to work harder to help the committee share job information with industry, schools and research experts and establish itself as a key network among employment-related networks dealing with corporate growth and employment issues.
